Variety may be the spice of life, but it's difficult to apply this concept to the brown-bag lunch day after day. To draw from the adage, we propose spicing things up a little bit, and not necessarily with cumin or coriander.
One of the main factors behind monotonous meals is insufficient planning. Too busy you say? Planning ahead is more efficient, and will probably save time in the long run. Just as you've been instructed to never enter the grocery store hungry, the same theory applies for entering sans grocery list.
