The jasmine dragon phoenix pearls is a famous Chinese tea and has quickly become Nourish tea's own fan favourite. Legend describes the image of tea bushes rising up the mountainside resembling a dragon's long slender body, with tea pickers scattered around dancing like phoenixes. This exquisite tea comes from Fujian province.

The pearls are layered with pounds of night blooming jasmine flowers, which impart their essence and aroma into the freshly processed tea leaves.

Once infused with water, the pearls majestically unfurl releasing the rich fragrance of the jasmine flowers with a surprisingly smooth sweetness. This is a must try.

Steeping tip: use 2.5 g (1 tsp) per cup
, pour water at 100C over tea leaves - let leaves steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
