Sorry to hear about the problem you had with the glass cleaner. We sold tons and have not had any complaints. I think you may have a LEMON! We will be in touch to address the problem.

I received this item and we loved it for the first few days. Then the sponge which attaches to the bamboo base came off. After making several attempts to re-attach it we realized that the prongs which twist inside the bamboo base have broken off or worn down. Hard to tell but nevertheless we have been quite disappointed with the quality of this piece. Could be a defective item but just passing on in the event anyone else has had the same problem.
