Regular priced items

Regular priced items may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 15 days of purchase. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us at info@goneshopping.ca to obtain return instructions.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • sale items
  • items that are used, damaged, or not in its original condition
  • undergarments
  • cosmetics
  • items returned more than 15 days after delivery
  • custom and special order items

Special Orders

Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

How long does my refund take?

Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
